Wolfram Alpha, Why Don’t We Love You More?

The uber-data search and manipulation tool WolframAlpha just licensed some of it’s content to Bing, probably to boost its use.  This site is truly a Swiss army knife of cutting large swaths of public data, mashing it up with your own data, and doing even more useful things with it. It has limitations, and some of the data isn’t as up to date as you’d really want, but, still it’s just good stuff.  For example, I typed in “median wage of California Nurses”, and it gave me an analysis of RN’s in Cali. That’s a game changer. Maybe not today, but tomorrow.

So to my question. Why don’t we love you more Alpha? Your ratings tanked after a few days.  I don’t go there often. Is Wolfram like the 5 miles we should ride daily, don’t, and just feel guilty about?
