What is Organizational Democracy?

I was thinking about all of the ways that we are re-shaping the world of work, from Zappos call center model, results-only work environments, etc. Then I found this company, (they’ve been around a bit), who are championing democratically run companies.  They have defined 10 traits of democratic organizations (kind of dictatorial, huh…)
